Based on the framework developed by MakerBot,USA in association with world-class institutions
Background
Since 2009, Vel Tech Dr.RR & Dr.SR University has trained more than 5,000 school children and hundreds of teachers under DST INSPIRE program to kindle their interest in science and innovation
For the first time among Indian Universities, Vel Tech integrated CDIO (Conceive – Design – Implement – Operate) methodology into curriculum to develop real world engineering problem solving capabilities among students
With this background Vel Tech collaborated with MakerBot, USA for training programs oriented towards school teachers
Framework of the Proposed Training
