Vel Tech Mahatma Gandhi National Merit Scholarship
The scholarship scheme was passionately introduced by Col Prof. Vel. Dr. R. Rangarajan, Founder Chancellor & President and Dr. Mrs. Sagunthala Rangarajan, Foundress President of the Institution with the prime objective to provide affordable world-class education to aspiring students irrespective of their financial means.

100% Scholarship will be awarded to MPC topper from each State / Union Territory among admitted Candidates

Candidates can avail scholarship calculated based on MPC Aggregate / Ranking, whichever is higher. Since 2009, Vel Tech has bestowed 9500 scholarships worth approximately Rs. 35 Crore.
Minimum eligibility is 60% in MPC for availing scholarship.
