RULES AND REGULATIONS

GENERAL RULES

  • Internal Participation (Vel Tech Students) is not allowed
  • The registration fee is Rs.150 and the last date for registration is 10/02/2026.
  • There is no On-Spot registration.
  • All participants must present their ID cards or letters of authorization issued by their institutions.
  • Before registration, participants are kindly requested to review the rules.
  • After registering, participants will receive WhatsApp group updates.
  • Props, dresses, stationery will not be provided.
  • Discipline must be maintained on the campus.
  • Any form of vulgarity or plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
  • All events will commence on time.
  • Students college ID Card is compulsory
  • Judges’ decision will be final.
  • Amount will not be refund in any situations.
