Okalahama State University

Oklahoma State University is listed by the Princeton Review as one of 120 “Best Western Colleges” for 2011, and as one of 50 “Best Value Colleges – Public” for 2010. Oklahoma State University is one of the highest rated veterinarian colleges in the US. It is ranked by U.S. News & World Report No. 66 among “Top Public Schools: National Universities” and No. 132 among all National Universities for 2011. For 2009–10, Kiplinger listed OSU among its “100 Best Values in Public Education,” with an in-state ranking of No. 91 and an out-of-state ranking of No. 93. In 2013, Oklahoma State was ranked number 23 on the Forbes list of “Best Value Colleges.”
The Oklahoma State Cowboys’ athletic heritage includes 51 national championships, a total greater than all but three NCAA Division I schools in the United States, and first in the Big 12 Conference. Students spend part of the fall semester preparing for OSU’s Homecoming celebration, begun in 1913, which draws more than 40,000 alumni and over 70,000 participants each year to campus and is billed by the university as “America’s Greatest Homecoming Celebration.”
Portland State University

The athletic teams are known as the Portland State Vikings with school colors of green and white. Teams compete at the NCAA Division I Level, primarily in the Big Sky Conference. Schools at Portland State include the School of Business Administration, Graduate School of Education, College of the Arts, School of Social Work, College of Urban and Public Affairs, Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science, and the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
The university was ranked among the top fifteen percentile of American universities in The Best 376 Colleges by The Princeton Review in 2012 for undergraduate education, and has community partnerships with Intel,Oregon Health & Science University, the Portland Public School system, the City of Portland, and Portland General Electric.
University of Northern Iowa

UNI has consistently been named one of the “Best in the Midwest” in the Princeton Review Best 351 College Rankings guide, and has ranked second in the category “public regional universities (Midwest)” by U.S. News & World Report for twelve consecutive years. UNI’s accounting program has consistently ranked in the top 10 universities in the nation for the pass rate of first-time candidates on the CPA Exam. Class sizes at UNI average around 32 students; they are mostly taught by faculty, not teaching assistants. Tenured and tenure-track faculty teach 75 percent of UNI’s classes. The Fall 2013 enrollment is 12,159. Ninety-two percent of its students are from the State of Iowa, in the United States.
For students interested in studying abroad, UNI is ranked fourth in the nation for the total number of students who study abroad among master’s degree institutions, according to Open Doors 2002, the annual report on international education published by the Institute of International Education.
University of MichiganDearborn

Enrolled students have full access to the extensive library systems, galleries, and sporting events of the main campus, and graduates are members of the largest alumni organization of its kind in the world, the University of Michigan Alumni Association. Faculty and students collaborate across all three campuses in research and scholarly activity, and degrees for all three campuses are conferred by the state elected Board of Regents.
Originally known for its elite engineering and management programs, UM-D now offers over 90 academic majors, 28 masters degree programs, and 3 doctoral degree programs across all disciplines. Both the College of Computer Science & Engineering and the College of Business have been designated as some of the best programs in both the nation and region. A part of the Metro Detroit region, UM-D is also known for its community engagement within the city of Detroit, and is part of The Coalition of Urban and Metropolitan Universities. There are four colleges at UM-D: the College of Arts, Sciences, and Letters (CASL), the College of Engineering and Computer Science (CECS), the College of Business (COB), and the School of Education (SOE). According to the U.S. News & World Report’s 2009 America’s Best Colleges review, the University of Michigan–Dearborn is rated the 28th best master’s-level university in the Midwest (overall), and 4th best public master’s-level university in the Midwest. In addition, the campus’s College of Engineering and Computer Science was rated among the top 10 undergraduate engineering programs in the country whose highest degree is a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a top 5 spot in the undergraduate industrial / manufacturing focus.
