Guide to Hostel Management System (TEMPORARY STAY)
  • The student may select the hostel.
  • After selecting the Hostel, please furnish the Purpose of Stay and Number of Days of stay.
  • The displayed room rent can be paid using Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.
  • On successful payment, the booking details will be displayed in the dashboard under Temporary stay.
  • The booking confirmation is valid only with the Signature of the concerned Head of the Department(HOD) and Dean Hostels(DHL).
  • The student using HMS to book the room should furnish their mobile number and email id , on completing the payment process they will receive an instant message regarding booking status to the mobile number and email id furnished.
  • The booking confirmation mail(Vel Tech) will also be sent to the registered email id.
  • Once paid, amount will not be refunded.
