Guide to Hostel Management System (TEMPORARY STAY)
The student may select the hostel.
After selecting the Hostel, please furnish the Purpose of Stay and Number of Days of stay.
The displayed room rent can be paid using Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.
On successful payment, the booking details will be displayed in the dashboard under Temporary stay.
The booking confirmation is valid only with the Signature of the concerned Head of the Department(HOD) and Dean Hostels(DHL).
The student using HMS to book the room should furnish their mobile number and email id , on completing the payment process they will receive an instant message regarding booking status to the mobile number and email id furnished.
The booking confirmation mail(Vel Tech) will also be sent to the registered email id.
